You are in luck!  We recently added a 23' Class C RV (pictured below) to our free rental "fleet".  You can see more photos HERE.  It has seatbelts for 5 max.  Great for 2-5 people depending on the size of the travelers (adults vs kids).  I think it is great for a couple by themselves or with 1-2 kids.  Because it is smaller, it is easier to drive, turn, park, etc.
